Founder of Segovia Capital since 1997. Across more than 2,000 transactions and $10 billion in deal volume, he has developed 12,000 acres and 10.2 million square feet, as well as a 34-unit Jersey Mike’s and Pieology portfolio. He advises on off-market sourcing and joint ventures.
Vice President of Capital Markets at Woodfield Development, one of the nation’s largest apartment developers. He sources debt and equity and oversees refinancings and sales. Previously, he worked on Amazon’s Worldwide Real Estate team and practiced construction and real estate law.
Co-founded Billings Flying Service in 1983 and built it into a heavy-lift aviation company serving firefighting and utility work on three continents. The company became the first FAA-certified commercial CH-47D Chinook operator, grew to twelve aircraft, and sold to Quanta Services in December 2025.
Chris started his first business at sixteen and has built five companies, three of which became market leaders and were sold. He grew a national business-owner peer network from twenty to more than four hundred members and now advises leadership teams on building high-trust companies.
